BP in Angola & Indonesia

All Oil and Gas Production takes place off-shore in Angola & Indonesia. In Angola the production is 175 kms offshore and in very deep water - 2000 Mts. Too deep for human divers, so robot submarines assemble all the sea-bed construction. In Indonesia the gas fields are also offshore but in relatively shallow areas. Pipelines transport the gas to the shore facilities where it is compressed, liquified and shipped around the world.

Our support of the BP students in both Indonesia & Angola was satisfying for us and for BP Management who commented that the MSc PE programme had changed the ways the students thought and approached problems for the better.
